REFUND POLICIES:
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the items. For all orders, there is a return policy of 30 Days as of date of invoice, but we must still be notified within 3 days of receiving the items.
All of our items are thoroughly checked before being delivered or at the best condition before we sell them.
Please note the following before you return back the goods.
1) The item(s) must not be washed or dry-cleaned.
2) The items must be re-saleable, in excellent condition.
3) For all items, they must have not been worn or used.
4) We do not accept return of goods that have been damaged due to carelessness of wear.
5) We do not entertain refunds after the 30 days period have expired as of the date of invoice.
You may return the goods and your purchases will be refunded only if the following condition applies.
* The size you ordered was incorrect.
* DEFECTIVE CD’S OR DVD’S ONLY.
* RECIEVED A BROKEN ITEM DUE TO PACKAGE CARRIER.
EMAIL us for our return process if you want to return an item for an exchange or refund. Please include your name, the order number of your invoice (located in top right hand corner), and what you wish to return for exchange.
If in any case, we are not able to give you similar goods, you can either opt for another different purchase of the same value or we can fully refund you the goods. We will refund you the selling price of the goods (that is, minus shipping).
Returns will be paid by the form of payment mode we received from you.
ORDERING POLICIES:
WE ACCEPT DISCOVER, AMEX, VISA & MASTERCARD ORDERS AS WELL AS PAYPAL AND MONEY ORDERS. If you want to place your order over the phone, please select money order as payment in order to complete checkout. This is much easier for me so that I do not have to write down all info and merchandise you want. Also note we ONLY ship to billing address & card info must match. 919.798.9544.
ALL CREDIT CARD ORDERS WILL ONLY BE SENT TO BILLING ADDRESS.
Please Enter your Shipping and billing information EXACTLY as it appears on your credit card or bank statement. If the name and address does not match what the credit card company has on file, your order will not be processed no exceptions sorry. Orders will only be shipped to the address on the credit card. Once we are satisfied the transaction is legitimate the order will be processed. Customers entering invalid information will be reported to the credit card company.
SHIPPING POLICIES: All orders are shipped within 1-7 business days. Shipping transit varies between 3 - 6 business days.
We ship all packages with delivery confirmation thru the United States Postal Service [USPS] worldwide, We do not ship International orders anymore sorry, We reserve the right to refuse any order if credit card fraud is suspected!
PRISON ORDERS:
ZION GATES IS ALSO AN APPROVED VENDOR THROUGHOUT MANY PRISON FACILITIES BUT IN ORDER TO HAVE AN ORDER SENT TO A LOVED ONE IN PRISON YOU WILL HAVE TO SELECT MONEY ORDER AS YOUR FORM OF PAYMENT WHEN CHECKING OUT AS ALL CREDIT CARD ORDERS WILL ONLY BE SENT TO BILLING ADDRESS...THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS SORRY...PLEASE CALL US FOR FURTHER DETAILS 919.798.9544.
Undelivered Packages:
If a package is returned back to us due to incorrect address or refused by PRISON because inmate wasnt approved to recieve items prior to ordering, we will have to charge the actual shipping cost to reship package again. So please make sure about your order and shipping address to avoid any mistakes.
Out of stock:
If your order is out of stock, we’ll inform you via e-mail before the shipping deadline. We can either ship it to you by given time or you will have the option of changing your order. Your credit card would not be charged until the order is ready to ship.
